Spend about 60 minutes inside an operating Wagyu farm normally closed to the public. Learn about Tajima bloodlines, animal care, feeding, marbling, A5 grading, and Japan’s traceability system.
Kobe and A5 Wagyu meal
Continue to the farm’s own restaurant for an approximately 90-minute dining experience. The guide presents the cuts and characteristics before a generous 180g serving of Kobe Beef and A5 Wagyu.
Guided yakiniku
Your guide demonstrates the first grilling and presents the beef; then you continue grilling and enjoying each cut yourself.
Comfortable return
Relax on the private transfer back to your ship, station, or hotel. Travel time and exact pickup schedule depend on your location and traffic.
